Leads are provided for loan officers, through H&L Mortgage, Inc.’s telemarketing group.

Our internal processing department takes the operational headaches out of closing loans.

Splits are 50,60 & 70% based on performance and commissions are paid on a weekly basis.

H & L Mortgage, inc. Loan Officers must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Texas License
  • At least 2 year of successful loan origination experience
  • Strong job stability (no job-hoppers please)
  • Familiarity with all loan types from A paper to Sub-prime
  • Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
  • Strong Realtor Contacts in Houston or Texas state area
  • Ability to create a strong pipeline, and a consistent stream of referrals
  • The desire to succeed, and are hard working, and self motivated

We are looking for Senior Loan Officers who are independent, dependable and great communicators.
