Our Team

William Lambright founded H & L Mortgage, Inc. headquartered in Houston, Texas in 1996 and has been working in the financial services industry since 1986. Willie truly loves the mortgage industry and even though he is the president of H & L Mortgage, Inc. makes it a policy to stay close to the customer by closing loans himself.

Willie can work with you on any type of loan including bruised credit borrowers, competitive conventional, farm & ranch, jumbo, interest only, non-warrantable condominiums, niche products, commercial, and Texas home equity loans as well as a variety of other loan products created to fit every need of the client we represent.

When he is not closing loans, or managing H & L Mortgage, Inc. you can find Willie on the back of his favorite cutting horse Brand New Dually.
